The Coordinating Team and Board have been working to create a draft of a strategic plan. The revised plan is now available (See Strategic Plan) based on feedback at a Leadership meeting in October 2011. Members have the opportunity to review it and make recommendations at meetings over the course of the 2011-12 fiscal year before voting on the final plan at the Annual Meeting in June 2012.

To create the draft plan, the Coordinating Team and Board reviewed results of surveys, forums, and meetings from the last few years, including the recommendations from the Vision Quest for Religious Education, as well as the board's work on planning and goal setting; they surveyed current initiatives as well. Now we need to hear your thoughts and recommendations. Members of the Coordinating Team are: Rev. Cayer, Rev. Beard, Nancy Henley, and Daniel Trollinger. Together with the members of the Board, they encourage you to reflect on this plan and how it can be translated effectively into the shared minstry programs at ERUUF.
