Who Are We/ Whose Are We team has reviewed information from last May’s workshops. Results are quite preliminary, but we see some trends. The things that ERUUFians value most is community and a sense of belonging. Within this, many speak of wanting a feeling of safety, but they do so in two distinct ways: safe as in a place to feel comfort, and safe as a strong home base that supports people in taking risks.
A second thing we value is going deeper in our inner lives, and also reaching deeper into ourselves to serve others. And a third cluster of values is around authentic joy, a sense of fun and enthusiasm.
This fall the Who/Whose team will pull results into a form that expresses our collective aspirations and intentions. We’ll share those drafts with the Fellowship, and seek comments and feedback.
