Ways to Register:
Classes and Activities: Interplay as Spiritual Practice (Rev. J.D. Benson, Consulting Assistant Minister) Taking Interplay to the next level, from simple fun to spiritual form. New to interplay and experienced welcome,
come to learn how to make spiritual practice of this movement/story-telling, body-wisdom, creative process.
Sign up for full series; please, no drop-ins along the way.
Religious Humanism (Nato Hollister, Seminarian, Meadville-Lombard Theological School) Topics include the historical development of religious humanism, comparisons of theism and humanism,
the problems and weaknesses of religious humanism, and new theological developments in humanist thought.
Practicing Right Relationship (Rev. Deborah Cayer, Acting Lead Minister) The better we understand ourselves, the better we can manage our self in relationship with others.
The more we practice our intention, the more we'll be able to be the person we want to be in all our relationships.
In this group we'll use exercises created by Mary Sellon and David K. Smith to better understand how we tend to react
as an individual, and how we might instead respond, as well as choices for action we could take in relationships.
We'll also reflect a bit on these exercises as Unitarian Universalists.
Art as Meditation (Daniel Trollinger).
Each class will be a time of exploration of the relationship of art and meditation.
Working with color, creativity and spirit we will engage in art as spiritual practice and share insights about the creative process.
All supplies provided. (Age: 12 – adults; Drop-ins welcome.)
