According to the proposed By-Laws to be voted on at a congregational meeting on February 28, 2010, the Nominating Committee shall publish the policies and procedures it will follow to nominate candidates for elected position of the Fellowship. "These policies and procedures shall provide for an open and inclusive process whereby all members who have expressed interest in an available position will be considered by the Committee for nomination." Below are the procedures the Nominating Committee will use for the next election to be held on June 6, 2010.
