Vision Quest Team RecommendationsDeveloping a lifespan faith and spiritual development (LFSD) program is a hot topic within the Unitarian Universalist (UU) movement at the national and district level. Ministers, staff and congregations are developing working definitions of LFSD and working to develop and pilot effective curriculum and programs to achieve the goals of LFSD initiatives. ERUUF has been on a similar quest and made the decision to launch a Vision Quest Team (VQT) to explore best practices in LFSD. The set of recommendations found in the PDF report linked below are the result of this 9-month endeavor. In addition, you can download a grid of the 14 Unitarian Universalist (UU) and 6 non UU congregations the Vision Quest Team investigated and the practices at each of those congregations. |
