Introduction to Frame Drumming Class

Rhythmic Wisdom Rebirth: In Layne Redmond's lineage of frame drumming, we will experience frame drumming as a spiritual practice of healing and invoking. We'll open with the Being In Rhythm meditation, Call the Directions, learn frame drumming basics, and play together in simple notated and improvised rhythms.
