ERUUF's Annual Membership Meeting!
Elections, Budget, Survey Results, and more!
Gathering with coffee and light refreshments after 10 am service, with the meeting to begin at 11:30. This is a wonderful opportunity for our members to engage in the governance of our community.
We need a quorum of 10% of our membership to open this meeting, so we encourage all of our members to mark this date on your calendar and plan to attend online or in-person.
There will be three participation options available:
- In-person: Members are encouraged to attend in person. To attend in person, you do not need to take any advanced action. Just show up at 11:30 am on May 19! Childcare will be available for those you need it. Request Childcare.
- Online: If you are not able to attend in person, you may register in advance to attend via Zoom. You must register by 12 pm on May 17. Register in advance for this meeting.Click here for Instructions for participation via Zoom.
- Voting by Absentee Ballot: Those otherwise unable to attend may still vote by absentee ballot. Absentee ballots will be accepted until 4 pm on May 17. Request an absentee ballot here.
