All ERUUFians are invited to this leadership development offering, “Transforming Conflict from the Inside Out.” This workshop is part of our emerging “Leadership as a Transformational Path” series. In this workshop, we will explore leadership, conflict, and transforming conflict from multiple perspectives, beginning with the self and moving outward into our interpersonal relationships and teams/ministries. We will then explore the topics from the perspectives of membership within the covenantal communities of ERUUF and the UU faith tradition. The format will consist of short presentations, activities, reflections, and application exercises. Facilitators are the members of the Leadership Development Team (Joy Birmingham, Steve Hall, and Denise Frizzell) and Reverend Deborah Cayer.
