Why does the family directory only show the contact information for one person in the family?

The ACS database is configured to show only the primary person’s contact information in the family directory. We have made a request to ACS to change this, but for now, this is how it is. To see information for a spouse, choose to view the individual directory. The database automatically selects who is the primary adult in the family based on such things as who was entered into the system first. There is no intentional social or political meaning to this selection as far as ERUUF is concerned. We are happy to designate any one phone number or email address as the preferred contact information for the family. Please contact with your preference or questions.
