Children & Youth Programs
Spirit Play is a Unitarian Universalist adaptation of Jerome Berryman's Godly Play. Through presenting core stories of our faith, Spirit Play helps children make meaning through wondering and art, creates a spiritual community of children, and supports multiple learning styles and challenges. Spirit Play sees the purpose of religious education as helping children in living into their own answers to the existential questions: Where did we come from? What are we doing here? How do we choose to live our lives? What happens when we die? Through the Montessori approach and philosophy to teaching, Spirit Play guides our children to finding their own answers to these questions.
