This is an interview with Tracie McMillan, who wrote The White Bonus, a book that attempts to calculate, in real dollars, the amount that specific people or families have accrued thanks to policies that preferentially benefit white people. After reading it, we encourage to spend some time thinking about your own family and history, and how you might quantify this in your life.
