Submit your E-news Announcement

Here's what to expect:

  • E-News goes out at 7:00am on Friday mornings.
  • The deadline to submit is 12:00pm on the Wednesday prior.
  • Announcements received after the deadline may be delayed until the following week.
  • Announcements should not run longer than 3 weeks, and will end after the date of the event (if applicable). 
  • Please send all changes, updates, or cancellations to .
  • If changes are needed, we will be in touch. 
  • You do not need to submit the same entry multiple times. 

On-campus events:

You must receive confirmation on any room or space requests before we can run your announcement. Please get that confirmation from the staff first. Thank you for helping us keep things clear for all.
