Eno River CUUPS Litha/Summer Solstice Celebration
You are warmly invited to join Eno River CUUPS to celebrate Litha and Summer Solstice on this longest day of the year.
The word "Litha" comes from an old Anglo-Saxon month-name meaning "gentle," for the gentle ocean winds that give sailors a smooth passage at this time of year. Our celebration will honor the ancient Antlered Goddess, Elen of the Ways, Lady of the Wildwood. We'll Call the Directions and co-create a group mandala using small organic items gathered from Nature. Please feel free to bring your own items from Nature to add to the group mandala. This is a participatory gathering open to all those ages 16 and older, and to children ages 15 and younger who are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Feel free to invite like-hearted others! For more information, please contact us at .
