Litha (Summer Solstice) Celebration w/ Eno River CUUPS
You are warmly invited to join Eno River CUUPS to celebrate Litha and Summer Solstice. The word "Litha" comes from an old Anglo-Saxon month-name meaning "gentle," for the gentle ocean winds that give sailors a smooth passage at this time of year. Our celebration will honor the Light within us and the light all around us, and will include a participatory sacred song with simple movements, Calling the Directions, a guided journey to the Temple of the Sun, and group sharing.
This is a participatory gathering open to all those ages 16 and older, and to children ages 15 and younger who are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Masking is optional for participants; see current ERUUF safety guidelines for details.
Reach out the the Eno River CUUPS for more information or to be added to the mailing list!
