This food is distributed to families and individuals who are struggling to feed themselves and their families. With the recent government cut-backs, food banks and pantries are struggling to make up the difference.

This Sunday, , Please bring shelf-stable foods to the collection bins in the Fellowship Hall to donation to Urban Ministries of Durham. During the rest of each month, we have bins in the office for your food gifts. As you know, families and individuals are struggling to feed themselves and their families during these desperate times. With the recent government cut-backs, food banks and pantries need your help to make up the difference.

This month’s greatest needs:

• Peanut butter • Pasta Sauce (no glass jars) • Canned or boxed pasta • Canned meats (chicken, tuna) • Cereal
