RENews:
This past Sunday, our children and youth had a great time making suncatchers and learning about the Summer Solstice. As part of the lesson, they shared what they love to do on a sunny day—answers included going to the beach, playing with toys, and swimming in the pool. Then, they created their own suncatchers, each with a loop to hang them in a sunny window. It was a great day to see their artwork shine!
These creations will be displayed in the sanctuary lobby later this month—stop by to see them!
We hope you’ll join us this Sunday as we continue our Religious Education theme of the month: freedom. We'll be learning about Juneteenth through a craft, a game, and a special snack out on the playground. We’re looking forward to another fun and meaningful morning!
