The Board of Trustees augments and focuses implementation of the Strategic Plan yearly with its Annual Vision of Ministry goals.  

The Lead Minister, together with the Coordinating Team, utilizes the Board's vision as one guide for planning programming at ERUUF.

Annual Vision of Ministry goals 2013-2014:
  1. Provide worship services and programs that energize, challenge, and inspire participants to act for justice in new ways and make our voice heard in the Triangle area.
  2. Provide worship services and programs that raise the multicultural awareness and competence of our members. 
  3. Provide stimulating, enriching and nurturing Religious Education programs for families (adults, youth, and children) and support our growing attendance of young families.
