ERUUF is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees elected by the Fellowship and follows a policy-based governance model. Under policy-based governance, the Board of Trustees serves as representatives of the congregation and both gives voice to the vision and mission of ERUUF as well as writes the basic governing policies of the organization.
Authority for the program and administrative operations of ERUUF are delegated to the Lead Minister, who works in partnership with the Coordinating Team. Operations are strictly under the purview of the ministerial and administrative staff and follow the policies as outlined by the Board of Trustees. Issues involving specific operations within the fellowship should be taken up with the appropriate staff member or the Lead Minister
Meetings
The Board of Trustees at ERUUF is composed of nine members of the Fellowship and the Lead Minister. Board meetings are held the third Tuesday each month at 7:00 pm at the Fellowship and are open to members and friends of ERUUF.
