The Music Director Search Team has completed the task of writing a job description for the Music Director position. Rev. Cayer has reviewed and approved the description and the ERUUF administrative staff has posted it on our website. You can find it here. We will also post the position with the UUA and the Association of Unitarian Universalist Music Ministries (AUUMM).

We are pursuing wider avenues of distribution, including posting on the local university websites, networking with university departments and local musicians, and connecting with members of the Fellowship who may have suggestions for identifying and informing possible candidates who meet our requirements. Our next major steps include developing a template for initial evaluation of candidate submissions and Anti-Bias & Anti-Racism training conducted by Rev. Brett. Stay tuned.
