Eno River CUUPS sponsors another introduction to the late Layne Redmond's approach to frame drumming as a spiritual practice within a musical framework. We'll open with a rhythmic meditation, Call the Directions, learn frame drumming basics, and then play together in simple notated and improvised rhythms. And have fun making music together in a shared experience of healing, centering, and invoking.

1:30-4:30pm: Drumming Together, Being in Rhythm
