This past Sunday, children and youth gathered to learn about the UU value of interdependence. They discussed the meaning of interdependence, and introduced themselves to the class by sharing their favorite part of summer so far. We loved learning about what everyone has been up to! Then, they did multiple different building activities: Jenga towers, foam masterpieces, and (uncooked) spaghetti and marshmallow towers. After class was over, they each enjoyed a giant marshmallow on the playground.
