On Sunday, May 31, 2026, ERUUF will hold the Annual Meeting of the Fellowship. Coffee and light refreshments will be available between the end of Sunday service and the start of the meeting.
We need a quorum of 10% of our membership to open this meeting, so we encourage all our members to mark this date on their calendars and plan to attend. This year's meeting is being held in person only.
- To attend in person, register at the tables outside the Sanctuary on May 31 before 11:30 am.
To request childcare, please complete this form by the end of the day on May 27. - Voting by Absentee Ballot: Those otherwise unable to attend in person may vote by absentee ballot. Absentee ballots will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 28. Absentee ballots can be accessed here.
You may also pick up absentee ballots in the ERUUF office. The absentee ballot must contain sufficient information to identify you as a member of ERUUF. A member who submits an absentee ballot by mail or in person is not required to provide a reason why he or she is voting absentee. If you need assistance with the absentee ballot, please contact .
Under our model of policy governance, the congregation gathers to vote on important ERUUF business, including reviewing and voting on our budget and electing members to our Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, and Healthy Congregations Committee. This year, we will also hear from ERUUF leadership about key accomplishments from the past year.
