Call to Action - Tell our U.S. Senators and Representatives to Protect Medicaid
Congressional leaders in Washington are currently negotiating a budget resolution and are threatening to make cuts to Medicaid funding. Medicaid provides affordable coverage to 1 in 4 North Carolinians, and any cuts to it would be catastrophic for the people of NC and our state budget. Join people across the state in calling our congressional delegation to demand that they fight to protect medicaid.

Medicaid is a lifeline - providing affordable health coverage to 1 in 4 North Carolinians including children, people in nursing homes and those living with a disability and chronic illness.
Any cuts would be catastrophic to millions of people in our state, and would also destabilize hospitals and health care systems that we all rely on, especially in rural communities.
